When you’re dealing with difficulty

When you’re dealing with difficulty, stress, and discouragement, or know someone who is, follow these simple steps:
 

1. Praise the Lord with All Your Heart
The Bible says, “Though you have not seen Him, you love him …” (1 Peter 1:8). Praise His name even when you don’t feel like it. Your heart will be comforted and you can continue walking in love and loving other people.
 

2. Be Patient with God’s Timing
Others might get a miracle before you. Rejoice for them and then wait upon the Lord for His answer to your situation.
 

3. Stay Faithful in Believing
“… and even though you do not see Him now, you believe in Him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy” (1 Peter 1:8). Faith is believing even when you don’t see it.
 

4. Be of Good Cheer
“Be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world!” (John 16:33). If He has overcome the world so have you. So rejoice!
